Project Udaan was conceived in 2013 by our founder, Mr. Ganesh Arnaal and Prof. Ganesh Ramakrishnan to develop an innovative AI-ML powered translation engine. Its primary objective is to provide specialized translations of diverse domain-specific texts from English into all major Indian languages. Udaan consists of (i) state-of-the-art domain specific text-to-text translation, (ii) OCR (Image-to-text) and (iii) human-in-the-loop AI-ML-based post-editing of machine translation output by logging every edit.
With its exceptional accuracy, Project Udaan has led to the development of the most reliable Indian language translation engine available. The engine combines the use of various domain specific dictionaries with the latest developments in large language model (LLM) based machine-learning, to provide best-in-class output with unparalleled accuracy and fluency.
